Terms of Use

1. Agreement and operator

Napverse is operated by LLAPPS LTD, EIK 208492694, Bacho Kiro 1 street, floor 8, office 8-3, 9000 Varna, Bulgaria. By downloading, accessing, or using Napverse, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Napverse.

These Terms supplement Apple's Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with non-waivable terms in Apple's Standard EULA or applicable consumer law, those non-waivable terms control.

2. What Napverse provides

Napverse can help you log and review sleep, breastfeeding, bottles, pumping, diapers, temperature, measurements, reminders, daily recaps, memories, and Time Capsules; use widgets and Live Activities; view trends and predictions; and request personalized sleep schedules. Available features can depend on your device, iOS version, region, subscription, permissions, network connection, and current app version.

3. Eligibility and child information

• You must be legally able to enter this agreement or use Napverse with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.
• Napverse is intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers, not for children to use independently.
• You may enter a child's information only if you are a parent, guardian, caregiver, or otherwise authorized to do so.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for using Napverse in compliance with law and these Terms.

4. No medical advice

Napverse provides organizational, informational, and planning tools. Predictions, wake windows, summaries, reminders, analytics, and personalized schedules are estimates, not guarantees. They are not diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency guidance. Always use your judgment and follow safe-sleep and care guidance from qualified professionals. Contact a healthcare professional or emergency service when appropriate.

5. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable license terms, LLAPPS LTD grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Napverse on Apple-branded products you own or control, including through Family Sharing where Apple permits it.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the app, API, website, purchases, security controls, or other users.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, or recreate Napverse except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Upload illegal, infringing, abusive, malicious, or harmful content through support or other service inputs.
• Use Napverse to provide medical care, emergency monitoring, or any unlawful service.
• Attempt to bypass subscriptions, usage limits, authentication, or access controls.

6. Device permissions and third-party features

Napverse may ask for access to notifications, Live Activities, camera, microphone, photos, or files when a feature needs it, such as reminders, memories, Time Capsules, or a support attachment. You choose whether to grant access and can change system permissions in iPhone Settings.

Napverse uses services supplied by Apple, Google Firebase and Google Cloud, Amplitude, RevenueCat, OpenAI, Meta, and Slack for functions described in the Privacy Policy. Your use of Apple services and other provider-controlled features can also be subject to those providers' terms.

7. Napverse Plus and automatic renewal

• Some features require Napverse Plus. The App Store purchase screen shows the price, billing period, any trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms before you confirm.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the selected billing period until canceled. Apple charges your Apple Account under its billing terms.
• You can manage or cancel in Apple account settings. Cancellation takes effect according to Apple's terms, normally at the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Apple controls payment authorization, taxes, refunds, price-change notices, cancellation, and billing disputes. Purchase restoration depends on the records Apple and RevenueCat make available.
• Features, prices, and offers may change. Any price change or renewal notice will be handled as required by Apple and applicable law.

8. Your content and data

You retain ownership of information and media you enter into Napverse. You grant LLAPPS LTD a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive right to host, reproduce, transmit, and process selected content only as needed to provide a feature you request, operate subscriptions and support, secure and diagnose the service, comply with law, and otherwise act as described in the Privacy Policy.

Separately, Napverse processes limited product-usage, identifier, diagnostic, attribution, and subscription data for analytics, reliability, security, and entitlement management as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use or share.

9. Personalized and model-assisted features

When you request a personalized schedule, selected baby age, timezone, schedule context, and sleep-history information is processed through Napverse's backend and OpenAI as described in the Privacy Policy. Generated schedules can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular child. You remain responsible for reviewing and applying any output.

10. Feedback and support

If you send feedback, cancellation comments, bug reports, or attachments, you allow LLAPPS LTD and its disclosed support providers to process that material to respond, investigate issues, improve Napverse, secure the service, and maintain necessary support records. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content. Avoid including unnecessary personal or medical information.

11. Intellectual property

Napverse, its software, website, app icon, design, text, graphics, trademarks, and overall look and feel are owned by LLAPPS LTD or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not transfer any rights to you.

12. Availability, updates, and termination

Napverse may add, modify, suspend, or remove features or provider integrations. Updates may be required for continued use. You may stop using Napverse at any time. LLAPPS LTD may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, service discontinuation, or a material breach of these Terms. Subscription rights remain subject to Apple's billing rules and applicable consumer law.

13. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Napverse is provided “as is” and “as available.” LLAPPS LTD does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, preservation of every local entry, exact prediction or schedule outcomes, or availability on every device or network. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LLAPPS LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from Napverse. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

15. Apple-specific terms

• These Terms are between you and LLAPPS LTD, not Apple. LLAPPS LTD, not Apple, is responsible for Napverse and its content, maintenance, support, and claims, subject to Apple's Standard EULA.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Contact LLAPPS LTD using the details below.
• If Napverse fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, as provided by the Standard EULA and applicable law.
• LLAPPS LTD, not Apple, is responsible for addressing product-liability, legal, regulatory, consumer-protection, privacy, and intellectual-property claims relating to Napverse.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and are not listed on a U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.
• You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Napverse. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-specific provisions.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your country of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as Napverse evolves. The current version will be posted at napverse.app/terms with its effective date, and additional notice will be provided where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
