Terms of Use

1. What Napverse is

Napverse helps parents and caregivers log sleep, view routines, see nap and wake-window predictions, receive reminders, review analytics, and optionally unlock a personalized sleep schedule through Napverse Plus.

2. Who can use Napverse

• You must be able to form a binding agreement or use Napverse with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision.
• You may use Napverse only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
• You are responsible for the information you enter and for how you use recommendations, reminders, and schedules shown by the app.

3. No medical advice

Napverse provides organizational and informational tools. Predictions, summaries, and personalized schedules are not medical advice and should not be treated as diagnosis, treatment, or emergency guidance. If you have concerns about a child's health, sleep, or safety, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

4. App permissions and device features

• Napverse may request notification permission so reminders and status updates can be delivered.
• Napverse may request access to photos only if you choose to attach screenshots or videos to a support request.
• Live Activities, Lock Screen views, and Dynamic Island support depend on your device, iOS version, and system settings.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple account and device settings needed for these features.

5. Napverse Plus and subscriptions

• Some features require a paid subscription, currently including personalized sleep schedules and advanced analytics.
• Pricing, billing period, introductory offers, and renewal terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple. Cancellation and renewal controls are handled through Apple account settings.
• Restoring purchases depends on Apple's purchase records and the subscription state available to the app.

6. Your data and content

You keep ownership of the information you enter into Napverse, including sleep logs, baby profile details, notes, and support attachments. You give Napverse the limited rights needed to store, process, and transmit that data only to operate the app, provide premium features, respond to support requests, and secure the service.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the app, API, website, purchases, or security protections.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or recreate the service in a competing product.
• Upload illegal, abusive, or harmful material through support attachments or other service inputs.
• Misuse the app in ways that could harm the service, other users, or Napverse's infrastructure.

8. Intellectual property

Napverse, the website, the app design, the app icon, text, graphics, code, and overall look and feel are owned by llapps ltd or licensed for use by llapps ltd. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use Napverse for your own lawful purposes.

9. Availability and changes

Napverse may evolve over time. We may add, remove, change, or suspend features, including schedule personalization, analytics, reminders, website content, or subscription offerings. We may also update these Terms by posting the latest version at napverse.app/terms.

10. Feedback and support

If you send feedback, bug reports, screenshots, or videos through Napverse, you allow us to use that material to investigate issues, improve the app, and support the service. This does not transfer ownership of your original content to us.

11. Privacy

Your use of Napverse is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how the app stores data locally, how Napverse services are used for personalization and support, and how subscriptions and infrastructure partners fit into the product.

12. Disclaimers

Napverse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, exact schedule outcomes, or that every reminder, Live Activity, chart, or prediction will always be available on every device or network.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, llapps ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity arising from use of Napverse. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer law.

14. Termination

You may stop using Napverse at any time. We may suspend or limit access if we believe these Terms are being violated, the service is being misused, or a legal or security issue requires us to act.
